Shipping and Returns
Carrier
Handcraftique uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for both domestic and International deliveries.
Delivery Time
All products are made-to-order and usually ready to ship within 1-2 weeks. Domestic orders should allow another 3-5 days for delivery while international orders might take 2-3 weeks, depending on your proximenty to the States.
Shipping Cost
Your shipping cost will be determined during checkout after entering your delivery address. Your cost wil depend on the weight and delivery location. Domestic mail will be charged at standard USPS First Class rates. International deliveries will be charged one of two flat rates based on weight: one rate for Canada and another rate for the rest of the world.
Delivery Terms
All shipments are delivered duty unpaid (DDU) and in line with the local regulations. If applicable, it's the buyer's responsibility to pay for any of the destination country's customs charges, duties, or taxes. Please check the local regulations to avoid any unexpected taxes.
Delivery Problems and Tracking
When a parcel can’t be delivered, the carrier will handle according to their local procedure and will inform you accordingly. Depending on the carrier this can, for example, result in new delivery attempt, a delivery to one of your neighbors, or a delivery to a pick-up point. We suggest keeping an eye on the tracking information provided and follow the instructions supplied by the carrier.
To avoid any failed deliveries, we ask you to check your address carefully while checking out. You are responsible for any errors. Any extra costs as a direct result of incorrect shipping information will be charged to you. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions regarding the shipping information.
Returns
Most of our products are made-to-order and customized for you. These customized products cannot be returned or refunded. If you order non-personalized products that do not require customization, you can return the goods to us. You are responsible for costs of the return shipment. When we receive your returned product(s) we will make arrangements for a refund or a replacement of product(s). Refunds can only be done to the same credit card or crypto wallet which you used to make the initial payment.
