Carrier

Handcraftique uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for both domestic and international deliveries.

Delivery Time

Most products are ready to ship within 1–2 business days. Some custom made-to-order items will take longer depending on the work required. Domestic orders should allow 3–5 additional days for delivery; international orders may take 2–3 weeks depending on your proximity to the US.

Shipping Cost

Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Domestic mail is charged at standard USPS First Class rates. International deliveries are charged one of two flat rates based on weight: one rate for Canada and another for the rest of the world.

Delivery Terms

All shipments are delivered duty unpaid (DDU) and in line with local regulations. If applicable, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay any destination-country customs charges, duties, or taxes. Please check local regulations to avoid unexpected fees.

Delivery Problems & Tracking

When a parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier will follow their local procedure and notify you accordingly. This may result in a re-delivery attempt, delivery to a neighbor, or delivery to a pick-up point. We recommend monitoring the tracking information provided and following the carrier's instructions.

To avoid failed deliveries, please double-check your address at checkout. You are responsible for any errors, and extra costs resulting from incorrect shipping information will be charged to you. Contact our customer service if you have any questions.

Returns

Most of our products are made-to-order and customized for you. These personalized items cannot be returned or refunded. If you order non-personalized products that do not require customization, you may return them to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we receive the returned product(s) we will arrange a refund or replacement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
